We are confident you'll love our Kid's Toy's. If you are unhappy with your product after 30 days, we offer a full refund. No questions asked! Please read our Return & Refund Policy. Unlike similar brands, our guarantee only starts when you receive your Kid's Puzzle, NOT when you place the order.

Returns

  1. We will only accept returns within the first thirty days after you have received your order.
  2. The buyer will receive a full refund of the amount that was originally paid for the order; however, they are responsible for paying the cost of return postage.Stolen Packages
  3. After delivery, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or destroyed. If the tracking number indicates that the shipment has been delivered, it is most likely that there is nothing else that we can do other than send a claim to the Courier Company that transported the package.
